General Provisions

Intuition respects the right of users to privacy.

The application is designed to collect only the data that is necessary for its operation and improvement.

Personal Data

In this document, personal data means any information relating to an identified natural person or a natural person who can be directly or indirectly identified.

Intuition does not collect personal data that directly identifies a user, including name, email address, phone number, or similar information.

Service Data

In this document, service data means technical information about the application, its installation, software and hardware environment, as well as characteristics of the runtime environment.

Service data is used to ensure application performance, compatibility, diagnostics, and statistical analysis.

Statistical Data

In this document, statistical data means information about the use of the application, progress, and results of user game tasks.

Statistical data is used to conduct statistical research and improve the application.

Installation ID

The application uses an Installation ID to distinguish data received from different installations of the application.

The Installation ID does not contain information about a natural person. It is randomly generated on the user's device when the application is launched for the first time.

The Installation ID is used exclusively to distinguish different installations and is not associated with the user's identity.

Anonymization

The application does not collect information that directly identifies a natural person, including name, email address, phone number, or other similar data.

Profile names created by the user inside the application are used only locally on the device and are not transmitted together with statistical or service data.

The transmitted data is designed not to contain information that directly identifies a person.

Data Transfer and Use

To improve the application, diagnose its operation, and conduct statistical research, service and statistical data may be automatically transmitted.

Service and statistical data are used as part of aggregated information obtained from multiple installations of the application.

For automatic analysis of errors and crashes, the application uses Google Firebase Crashlytics, which may receive technical information necessary for diagnosing application operation.

The application does not use received data to track users across applications, websites, or services of other companies.

The application does not transmit personal data.

Data Storage

Local application data is stored on the user's device for the period specified by the user in the application settings.

After expiration of the selected period, outdated local data may be automatically deleted.

Transferred service and statistical data may be stored for as long as necessary to conduct statistical research, analyze application operation, and improve the application.

Data Deletion

You do not need to create a user account to use the application.

After deleting the application or clearing its data, the connection between the new application installation and previously transferred statistical information is lost.

The next time the application is started, a new Installation ID is created. Previously transferred statistical data cannot be linked to the new installation.

Policy Changes

This privacy policy may be updated in future versions of the application.

The current version is always available within the application and on the official website.
