By using the Intuition application, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Purpose of the Application
Intuition is a tool for training and exploring the process of decision-making under uncertainty.
The application is intended for personal use.
License to Use
The author grants the user the right to use the Intuition application in accordance with the type of license obtained and these Terms of Use.
Subject to compliance with these Terms of Use, the author grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Intuition application for its intended purpose on devices owned by the user.
The application may contain different types of licenses that provide different levels of available functionality.
A description of each license type and the corresponding functionality is provided directly in the application.
After installing the application, the user is automatically provided with a free "FREE" license that provides access to the basic features of the application.
The user may obtain another type of license according to the terms specified in the application.
Refunds and cancellation of payments for paid licenses are governed by the rules of the platform through which the purchase was made.
The author reserves the right to introduce new license types, change their names, availability, and functionality in future versions of the application.
The author reserves the right to modify the functionality of the application, including adding, improving, or removing individual features.
Rights granted under a previously obtained license remain valid unless otherwise explicitly stated in the terms of that license at the time of purchase.
A license to use the application does not imply transfer of ownership of the application or any of its components.
Use of the Application
You may use Intuition only according to its purpose, these Terms of Use, and applicable law.
The following activities are prohibited:
- violating or attempting to violate the operation of the application;
- using the application in a way that violates the rights of others;
- using the application in violation of applicable law.
The author reserves the right to update these Terms of Use.
A new version of these Terms becomes effective when published with a new version of the application or on the official website.
The user may stop using the application at any time by deleting it from their device.
Application Support and Development
The author may support and develop the application, including releasing new versions containing bug fixes, performance improvements, interface changes, and new functionality.
The scope, frequency, and timing of updates are determined by the author.
The author does not guarantee updates with any specific frequency or support of individual application versions for a specific period of time.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights to the Intuition application, including source code, algorithms, mathematical models, data processing methods, architecture, design, graphics, texts, and other components, belong to the author or are used by the author on legal grounds.
Granting the user the right to use the application does not imply transfer of any intellectual property rights to the application or its components.
Without written permission from the author, copying, modification, distribution, decompilation, reverse engineering, or other use of the application or its components is prohibited, except where explicitly permitted by applicable law.
Statistical data generated during application use may be exported to the author's information systems in anonymized or depersonalized form in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The user retains rights to their own data in accordance with applicable law.
The user grants the author a non-exclusive, perpetual, and royalty-free right to use anonymized statistical data for analysis, statistical research, application improvement, development of new algorithms, mathematical models, and other technological solutions.
Algorithms, mathematical models, analysis methods, data processing methods, software solutions, and other intellectual property created by the author as a result of analysis of anonymized statistical data belong to the author unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

Results, graphs, and statistics displayed in the application are provided for informational purposes only.
They do not constitute medical, psychological, professional, or other official advice.
Results provided by Intuition are not intended to be used as a basis for important personal, financial, medical, or professional decisions.
The user makes independent decisions regarding the use of the application and is responsible for the consequences of such use.
The author is not responsible for decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from the use of information, results, or statistics obtained through the application.
The application is provided "as is".
The author makes reasonable efforts to ensure correct operation of the application but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or full compliance with user expectations.
